Celebrating its 10th anniversary, the Transition Event will arm you with the information you need. The exhibition will point you in the right direction and introduce you to services and products to help you support the young adult with additional needs in your life.

The Transition Event is an annual one-day conference and exhibition which explores the essential aspects of a young person’s transition to adulthood when they have additional needs. The day incorporates a series of main stage presentations, workshops, interactive sessions and a free all-day exhibition of products and services.

I am so happy at the outcome, I don't think we would have had such a comprehensive service from any other law firm, and you took the worry away...I do not regret a single second of the whole process, apart from the bit before you got involved.
