We work closely with personal injury, medical negligence solicitors and deputies who work for children with special educational needs.

We help negligence and personal injury solicitors to correctly assess the nature and costs of future education support, how to access it and the costs of education litigation. This is crucial for correct valuation of claims and phrasing of final Orders.

We work with deputies to ensure that services are provided by the local authority, rather than relying on any funds controlled by the Trust or the deputy.

For solicitors and deputies who are unsure whether they can get more support for the child or young person, we can provide a Health Check of the Education, Health and Care plan (EHCP) or Statement of SEN and give advice.

Solicitors with any questions about services we are able to deliver are welcome to contact us for initial discussion about their case.

If you would like the assistance of our special educational needs solicitors then please contact us at [email protected] or call 0800 884 0723.
