Our approach

We know that dealing with the everyday realities of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) can be very challenging. Families often have to manage emotional, practical and financial difficulties. There can also be complex local authority policies and law to negotiate when trying to secure support for the child or young person.

In our experience families can be frustrated, and worn out, from having to constantly negotiate with a local authority or school to take action for the benefit of their child or young person.

We believe that because SEND law is so complex, only a specialist solicitor will do. Our role is to make the legal process as straight forward as possible. We provide as much support as you need and we understand that our involvement is one part of a bigger picture.

We also understand that instructing solicitors can be a big step. It is important that you feel that we understand your case, your concerns and your aspirations.

We will provide you with understandable, clear and honest advice about your case. If we do not think that you have good prospects of success, we will tell you.

We work hard for our clients to achieve an outcome which enables children and young people with SEND to move forward successfully.

I am so happy at the outcome, I don't think we would have had such a comprehensive service from any other law firm, and you took the worry away...I do not regret a single second of the whole process, apart from the bit before you got involved.
